By using the baragoni.com website, users accept the published general terms and conditions. With these general conditions, Baragoni and users agree on mutual obligations when shopping in the online store baragoni.com.

The general conditions of sale are compiled in accordance with the law of Serbia.

Refunds

In case of return of goods and refunds to the customer who has previously paid using one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Baragoni is obliged to refund the funds through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods only. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Baragoni does not take responsibility for possible consequences when using the zlatara.net website and its content.

The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction.
